2014 Lustra Central Coast Pinot Noir

An alluring, interesting aroma of smokey bacon, spice and cedar transitions beautifully to flavors of dried strawberry, dried cherry and earthy, leathery mushroom. Supportive acid and a nicely integrated web of tannins makes for an Old World-style Pinot with classic California ripeness. What a delicious wine to enjoy on its own or with salmon, pork dishes or even Chinese takeout.
